Randy Kilbride is a partner in the Workers’ Compensation Practice Area of the Firm.  Mr. Kilbride received his B.A. from Wittenberg University (1993) and his J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law (1996).  He is admitted to practice in front of the Ohio Supreme Court as well as the United States District Court (Ohio-Northern and Southern Districts).

Mr. Kilbride has extensive experience representing injured workers in need of workers’ compensation. He was named to the Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Star list in both 2005 and 2006 indicating that he is in the top 5% of attorneys in the state of Ohio practicing workers’ compensation.  He remains committed to the protection of wages for workers when they are inconvenienced by physical or mental setbacks.

Mr. Kilbride is professionally affiliated with the American Bar Association, the Ohio Bar Association, the Columbus Bar Association, the Workers Injury Law and Advocacy Group, and the Ohio Association for Justice.
